This project was interested in pentimenti, and how the
design process or ‘becoming’ of a building might be made more present in its
spaces. The project attempted to track all of its iterations, and use their
collision to inspire new parts of the building. To balance this somewhat
indulgent premise, a sustainable construction language of softwood timber,
hessian netting and earth construction was developed.
